Joseph L. Soto Worked long and hard for  a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics from Marshall University and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was named the Executive Director at Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall in July of 2015.

Retirement Facility Volunteer

This individual would have a history of either having worked or is currently working as a volunteer at a retirement community. It may also be someone who works through a hospital for the elderly that come through. It would give the perspective of someone who works closely with those that are elderly but from an outside perspective.
